Confirmation of Styleflow Terminology
“Document”: Templates for application and submission forms used by employees when making requests
“Application Data”: Documents submitted by employees.
Application data is managed on a per-document basis, allowing a single form or workflow to be linked to multiple documents.
“Form”: A form refers to the configuration of the input screen, including application fields and layout.
“Workflow”: A workflow refers to the configuration of the approval route from submission to final approval.
