If a user forgets their password, it can be reset using one of the following two methods:
- The user resets it themselves
- A master administrator resets it
How users can reset their own password
- Click “Forgot your password?” on the login screen.
- Enter your username and proceed with the password reset.
- A newly generated password will be sent to the email address associated with the username.
※The email address is managed by the master administrator in the employee master settings.
How a master administrator can reset a password
- From the “Employees” menu, open the “Employee Details” screen for the user.
- Execute “Account Notification.”
- The password will be reset, and a newly generated password will be sent to the user via email.
Notes
When a password is reset, an email containing the newly generated password will be automatically sent from Styleflow.
Therefore, please ensure that account notification email settings are configured in advance before using this feature.
