This page provides information regarding the payment methods for service fees.

３．Payment Terms
For annual contracts (12 months of monthly service fees), the total amount shall be paid in a single lump sum on the service start date.
※ The service start date will be the date specified at the time of application.
【 Payment Method 】
Payment shall be made via PayPal.
【 Handling of Payment Procedures 】
After entering the required information on the application page, the application process is completed once the linking procedure with the PayPal account is finished.
When this linking is completed, the payment setup is considered finalized; however, the actual payment processing may not occur until the service start date.
※ For additions to the usage quantity, the process will follow the provisions stated in Section 4, “Changes to Contract Details.”
【 Handling of Invoices and Receipts 】
We do not issue invoices.
Users shall confirm their payment records via transaction history on PayPal, which will serve as proof of payment.
We will also treat the detailed notification (Completion email) sent upon payment completion as proof of payment.
４．Changes to Contract Details
- The number of accounts or the amount of storage capacity cannot be reduced during the contract period.
We do not offer refunds or fee reductions based on decreases. - However, adding accounts or storage during the contract period is permitted.
The fee for the additional portion will be billed in a lump sum for the remaining period from the application date until the end of the contract term. - Applications for additional items are accepted until the 20th of each month, and the additional services will begin on the 1st of the following month.
５．Special Notes
- The service usage period for each month is from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.
- Please note that prices are subject to change in the future.
- Bank transfer fees and other charges associated with payment shall be borne by the user.
