Styleflow allows you to increase the number of users even during the contract period.
However, reductions in the number of users can only be processed at the time of the next contract renewal.
How to Make Changes
Please apply for changes from the following screen.
【Steps】
Open the “Admin” menu
Select “Usage Status”
Submit the change request from “Subscribe!”
Note: This operation can only be performed by accounts with Styleflow administrator privileges.
Important Notes:
Requesting a Decrease
It is not possible to reduce the number of users or storage capacity during the contract period.
Any requested decrease will be reflected at the time of the next contract renewal.
Application Deadline
You may add users or storage during the contract period.
If the application is submitted by the 20th of the month, the additional service will be provided starting from the 1st of the following month.
