How to log in to the trial environment
1.Please access the login form (https://www.styleflow.jp/kumade/cupflow) from your web browser.
2.In the login form, enter the administrator account User ID and temporary password provided in your trial account information, and log in.
※When logging in for the first time, a password reset screen will be displayed. Please set a new password.
Please keep your password in a safe place.
Recommended Settings (Administrator Email Address Configuration)
To allow you to reset your password yourself if you forget your login password, please set an email address for the administrator account.
※The trial environment includes sample data, but no email addresses are configured.
<Setup Steps>
1. Open the “Employee” settings from the “Admin” menu.
2.In the employee information list, click the user ID “00001” to open the edit screen.
3.Click the “Edit” button and set any email address in the email address field.
How to add trial accounts in the trial environment
In the initial state of the trial environment, only one administrator account (which can configure master settings and document templates) is registered.
If multiple users will be using the trial, you can share a single administrator account.
However, by following the steps below to grant administrator privileges to multiple accounts, each user can test the settings while managing their own passwords.

- Select or add accounts for trial use
- Register the accounts from step 2 as master administrators

The employee master (account information) can be viewed and edited from “Admin” menu → “Employee.”

<Steps to Add>
You can start using the system in the following three steps:
① Open the edit screen for the account information you want to use
② Enter the email address of the person who will use the trial in the “Email Address” field, then click the “Update” button.(After updating, the “Employee Information List” screen will be displayed.)
💡If many users will be trying the system, you can also register them in bulk using an import file.
⇒From the “Employee Information List” screen, click the “Download Import Format” button at the top to download the currently registered data.
After entering email address information in the (update) sheet, upload the updated file using the “Bulk Import” button on the “Employee Information List” screen to complete bulk registration.
③Click the target user’s “User ID” to open the detailed information,then click the “Account Notification” button to send the account information (*) to the email address registered in step ②.
※If account notifications are not sent, the initial password for each account will be the same as the “User ID.” If notifications are sent, the password will be reset again and notified via each email.(In the trial environment only, the initial password is set to the same value as the User ID.)
💡On the “Employee Information List” screen, after searching and displaying the relevant account information,clicking the “Account Notification” button at the top left will send notification emails only to the accounts displayed in the search results.

Method 2: Add new users (Up to 100 users can be registered in total)

You can start using the system in the following two steps:
① Add account information for users who will use the trial
From the “Employee Information List” screen, click the “Create New” button at the top left, enter the required information, and click the “Register” button.(After updating, the “Employee Information List” screen will be displayed.)
💡 If many users will be trying the system, you can also register them in bulk using an import file.
⇒From the “Employee Information List” screen, click the “Download Import Format” button at the top to download the import format.
After entering the required information in the (registration) sheet, upload the updated file using the “Bulk Import” button on the “Employee Information List” screen to complete bulk registration.
②Click the target user’s “User ID” to open the detailed information, then click the “Account Notification” button to send the account information (*) to the email address registered in step ①.

3.Set the account selected in step 2 as a “Master Administrator.”
※If you set it as a department-specific master administrator, you will not be able to view the employee master data or document template settings registered as sample data.
Therefore, during the trial period, we recommend setting it as a master administrator.
How to create your own master data in the trial environment
Sample master data is registered in the trial environment. To create your own master data, you must first delete the sample master data.

Before proceeding
The trial environment also includes sample data for forms and workflows. If you change the master data, you will no longer be able to test applications using the sample data. However, if you add new users without deleting any existing ones, you can continue testing application submissions using the sample data.

■ Delete sample master data
💡Important notes before deletion💡
You must leave at least one master administrator before performing the operation (the master administrator must be registered in the employee master).
In the employee master, the “Department Master” affiliation code and the “Position Master” position code are linked.
Therefore, delete the master administrator’s employee, department, and position information last.
<Deletion Order>
Delete in the following order:
Employee → Department → Position
(Departments and positions can be deleted in any order.)
<Deletion Method>
1. Download the Excel file from the master screen for the data you want to delete.
2.The downloaded file contains registered data in the update sheet. Based on this, enter the following data into each master’s deletion sheet:

3. After entering the data into the deletion sheet, delete the data shown in the update sheet and import the file.
